As a Flying Blue member, you might be wondering what impact the pandemic has on your membership level and what happens with booked reward tickets. We’ve gathered the most essential information about this topic.

Membership level, Miles and XP

If you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum member whose qualification period ends between March 2020 and February 2021, you will maintain your current level and Miles balance for 12 months.

If you are an Explorer member, your Miles will not expire until the end of 2020.

Reward tickets: cancelling or changing your flight

For Flying Blue reward tickets, a separate rebook policy applies. You can rebook your ticket without having to pay the change fee, or request a full refund.
